After twelve years dedicated to the creation, management and development of two wine bars in the heart of Montpellier, Mathieu Chastaing is now firmly established in the world of wine. His establishments have won recognition from customers and the profession alike. The fruit of this enriching experience, Mathieu now puts his know-how at the service of wine professionals.

As a coach, advisor and trainer, he shares his skills with managers and their staff, providing dynamic support and expertise at a variety of wine events. The logo concept is based on the fusion of two distinct typographic styles. The name is emblazoned with thick capitals to evoke an impression of solidity and experience, while the first name is elegantly blended with it in a calligraphic style, evoking a personal signature filled with savoir-faire.

The baseline "VIN, VIN & VIN", in english "WINE, WINE & WINE", indicates the plurality of wine-related estates and events that Mathieu offers. The color yellow is used to symbolize the richness and warmth associated with the wine experience, capturing the spirit of conviviality and joy that accompanies each tasting.
